Assisted Listening Devices

Dr. Naberhaus also is here to help you with any assisted listening devices that may be needed. Assisted listening devices work with your hearing aids to provide improved hearing in the most challenging of acoustic environments, as well as offer safety alerts for those who are hard of hearing. Dr. Naberhaus can help patients determine what further audiologic needs the patient may have. 

Some assisted listening devices include the following:

• Captioned and amplified telephones
• Alarm clocks- some shake, rattle, and roll to help gain patients attention!
• Smoke and fire detectors
• Personal FM systems
• TV streamers
• Public accommodations for movie theaters, theaters, churches and auditoriums
